Account Manager
Working as a member of Exploria's Customer Service team, you will provide a
supporting role for the Vice President of Customer Service in day-to-day account
handling in a fast paced deadline driven environment. You will assist in managing
existing and new accounts and ensure the client's requirements and expectations
are managed and met. You are expected to develop and maintain good working
relationships with clients and will liaise with Exploria's Development and
Art teams on projects to provide first line customer support.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual with
strong communications skills who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging
environment. The successful candidate will need a strong attention
to detail, excellent customer relationship management skills and
client facing experience with proven experience of delivering
projects to deadlines with high standards. Responsibilities
will include software technical assistance for both clients
and software users. Experience within the Computer
Software / New Media sector is needed. Strong verbal and written skills are a must.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
