BioBus program
Connecticut's BioBus is an educational program that was developed to
motivate and educate students in bioscience through hands on, interactive
and fun demonstrations. Exploria has sponsored Connecticut's BioBus
program by designing, producing, and donating two computer animations
to introduce the concepts for "Mystery of the Crooked Cell" about the
genetic basis of sickle cell anemia and "A Twist of Lyme" about the
assays used to test for Lyme disease.

Educational films funded by the VisCom Foundation
The Viscom foundation, founded by Dr. Leo Herbette, CEO of Exploria,
funded two programs for development and broadcast. "The Cure" an hour-long
documentary about the future of treating cardiovascular disease was
aired on PBS and is now being shown in several countries in Europe,
Asia, and South America. A second production, "Rob the Drummer" features
a live performance with animated characters on screen providing messages
to kids of all ages about drugs, self-esteem and values.
